Return Policy

Received the wrong products from Secret Weapons after placing an order?  That’s extremely unlikely, but if you do, don’t worry, just contact us upon receiving your order and we will fix it!

Received your Secret Weapons order and you would like an exchange? You must notify us within 7 days of you receiving your order. All exchanges must be returned unused, in their original condition and sealed within their original packaging. 

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept change of mind returns or exchanges on bras and underwear. 

Please note it is the buyer’s responsibility for the return shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns.

In the unlikely event of a product fault please contact us immediately.

Refunds are not supplied due to Australia Post delivery delays.
