Wrong item received? Contact us as soon as your order arrives and we'll make it right.
Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and sealed in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Hygiene Items — No Change of Mind Returns For hygiene reasons, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges on bras, underwear, shapewear, or any intimate apparel that has been opened or tried on. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty Products In the unlikely event of a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately.
Delivery Delays We do not offer refunds for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers once your order has been dispatched.
