  2. Remove the adhesive paper from each end of the Commando-G. Place the front of your Commando-G in the desired area and press firmly onto smooth skin
  3. Bring the Commando-G through your legs and place the adhesive heart at the top of your bottom

Removal and Care

  1. Carefully peel the Commando-G from your skin
  2. Gently handwash your Commando-G in mild soapy water and lay flat to dry
  3. When dry, replace the adhesive paper for protection
  4. Discontinue use if irritation occurs
