  • Place your bra cup side down on a flat surface
  • Stops bra straps slipping off shoulders
  • Attach Hold’em Up to your bra straps close to the bottom
  • Adjust the length of Hold’em Up to suit
  • With the clasp of your bra open place the bra over your head (like you would a t-shirt)
  • When the bra is in position close the bra clasp
  • Adjust the height of Hold’em Up to suit
