We offer free standard shipping Australia wide on orders over $50, with all orders sent via Australia Post from Victoria. Orders placed before 2pm (AEST/AEDT) are dispatched the same business day.

For orders under $50, standard shipping is $9.90 (5–10 business days) or $14.95 express. Orders over $50 can choose express shipping for $6.95.

    How do I put heel protectors on my shoes?

Test the fit by pressing down on a hard surface - there should be no wobble or movement between the protector and the heel tip. If your heel is at the smaller end of the 6 to 13 mm range, apply a little extra pressure. They come off just as easily - no tools needed.
