  2. Peel off the backing from the lower half of the lift.
  3. Smooth the adhesive just above your areola (the crescent shape should point downward).
  4. Remove the upper backing, lift to your desired position, and press firmly into place.
  5. Repeat on the other side.

For orders under $50, standard shipping is $9.90 (5–10 business days) or $14.95 express. Orders over $50 can choose express shipping for $6.95.
